Together with his wife Lara, Lars founded CradleRock Children's Center in 2002. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and an MBA in International Trade from Copenhagen Business School.

In August 2008 Jon and Megan joined CradleRock Safety as owners. We are happy to add Jon's construction and sales knowledge as well as Megan's years in and Early Childhood Education. They also bring their own personal childproofing experience with 4 children of their own. We are pleased to have them on the team.

Lars is a member of the International Association for Child Safety and has written numerous articles on Child Safety for local papers and parenting magazines such as "The Pacific Sun" and "Family Works". He is well known in the San Francisco Bay Area for his creative approach to safe and aesthetical childproofing through home consultations and installations, as well as childproofing seminars.
